So who’s thinking of the school year already? Me! All because of this delightful book of children’s poetry that I came across while browsing the shelves of my local library.
Written by Brod Bagert, this collection of poems features a librarian that conquers a mouse, a teacher that turns into a turkey, a boy that is a perpetual wiggle machine, and the ever-present childhood case of school fever. Comedic and whimsical (still can’t stop chuckling about the teacher that turned into a turkey!), I highly recommend that children and adults alike check out this book!
